Made in 3 Weeks for IGME 603 Gameplay and Prototyping

Welcome Doctor,

Here at our practice, we prioritize delivering efficient, high-quality care to every patient. Your role is critical to maintaining that standard. As the new doctor here your job is simple:

  • Review patient files and schedule them for treatment
  • Ensure the practice meets its weekly financial quota

Failing to perform duties will result in nothing less than termination. Funds are generated by scheduling patients, but the amount varies depending on their insurance coverage. All the details you need are in their patient files.

Please try to keep casualties at minimum doctor. It's quite the hassle to clean them up,

Received from Hospital Administrator.

(Heavily sighs) That is NOT the symbol of medicine. Two snakes on a staff with wings is the symbol of HERMES, not AESCULAPIUS (The god of medicine). I'd like you to correct it, but it's already in the game, so you can't. I'll just put this out there, but still a good game.

It however is a symbol used very often for American Healthcare, which some have noticed still fits... for reasons that would seem on the nose if it were a piece of fiction: Hermes is the God of "all who travel the roads", which, among other things, include merchants and thieves... and considering healthcare costs in the US is higher than really anywhere else on Earth, while being mediocre at best compared to other industrialized nations.
